2		P1052 Downes Farm, Monkleigh, Devon Downes Farm is a Grade II listed Georgian Farm House built c1850. The house is shown on the 1842 Tithe Map. According to the 1857 Billings Directory it was rebuilt for George Cooper, the land agent for the Pine-Coffin family estate.
